
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Development
• Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive new business
• Identify and secure commercial cleaning contracts (airports, retail, corporate, property management, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
• Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets
Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns (digital, local, B2B outreach)
• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in target markets
• Manage online presence (website, SEO, social media, Google profile)
• Coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Requirements
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
• Experience in B2B sales (service-based industries preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Leadership & Systems
• Build and manage a sales pipeline and CRM system
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Create systems and processes for scalable growth
• Potential to build and lead a future sales team
Preferred Experience
• Commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service industry experience
• Experience selling into airports, property management, or multi-location businesses
• Background in scaling small to mid-sized businesses
